Prize Draw T&Cs

As researchers, we sometimes find ourselves offering a prize draw as an incentive for respondents taking part in a survey.

There are very specific conditions around how a prize draw must be run – both from the MRS Code of Conduct point of view, and a legal point of view.

ICG member Sean Adams (The Seed Consulting) has very kindly shared some generic Terms & Conditions that he recently used for a prize draw – these need to be published and available for potential participants.
