Our events are designed to be safe, enjoyable, and welcoming for everyone. To help maintain this, we reserve the right to refuse entry or ask someone to leave if their actions, health, or circumstances could affect the comfort or safety of others. If this happens, we’ll ensure any monies paid for the event are refunded in full.
While we take care to provide a safe environment, participation in our events is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss that may occur during attendance.
We also reserve the right to cancel an event if circumstances require it. In such cases, all monies paid will be refunded in full.
Guests may cancel their booking and receive a full refund up to 24 hours before the event. Requests for refunds on the day of the event will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
