- Cook three relatively simple ‘Asian bites’ as demonstrated by Tariq Mirza , SampleNinja (you may wish to cook these dishes before the event, but if not, please ensure that all ingredients are prepared beforehand)
- Hear more about the sorts of wines that complement these dishes by ICG member Mike Brown
- Green Bird
- Eat and drink, ask questions, share thoughts
- Join everyone in a light-hearted quiz about food and wine.
Not our usual face-to-face summer party but one that we think will be perfect for a summer’s evening entertainment.
