Your speaker, Sam Toon
Sam was previously Research Director at Trinity McQueen and is now a freelance Research Professional and ICG member. After practicing mindfulness for some time, she trained to teach mindfulness during a career break and set-up her own consultancy teaching mindfulness workshops and courses. She now runs this alongside her research work and enjoys bringing calm to the sometimes hectic world of Insight.
